Questions and Answers

Do I need to provide details for all participants?

Yes — we need the first name, last name, and date of birth of each person for the contract and insurance. Mark one person as the ordering party.

Is the training mandatory?

No — it's an optional extra. You add the training separately for selected participants. Cancellation insurance covers the entire order.

What does the cancellation insurance cover?

It protects against loss of deposit if you cancel for unforeseen reasons. The policy covers the entire reservation — you add it once, not per participant.

Can I go back and edit the details later?

Yes — click “Edit details” on the participant card or return to the previous step in the progress bar. We store the data in your browser session.
