HSKI RACE
Program
PROGRAM OF WEEKEND TRAININGS
SLALOM
Trainings take place on 400 metres long run. Training includes technical part without time measurement and training with time measurement and the decision is up to leading trainer.
Trainings are conducted by former and current FIS contestants.
GIANT SLALOM
Trainings take place on 400 metres long run as well as on 1000 metres long, European Cup run. Training includes technical part without time measurement and training with time measurement and the decision is up to leading trainer.
Trainings are conducted by former and current FIS contestants.
VIDEO ANALYSIS
Every day after training there is a video analysis of runs on slalom and giant slalom. Lectures with analysis are conducted by trainers leading group.
Program is led by the best ski school in Poland which gained Championship of Polish Instructors 2014, 2015, 2016.

14.00 Meeting with trainers, division into groups and pistes where activities will be led
14.00-16.00 SKI RACE TRAININGS on slalom or giant slalom run
Saturday
9.00 – 12.00 SKI RACE TRAININGS, division into groups and pistes, trainings on slalom or giant slalom run
12.00-14.00 VIDEO ANALYSIS in a special room, break for a dinner (on your own)
14.00-16.00 SKI RACE TRAININGS on slalom or giant slalom run
Sunday
9.00 – 12.00 SKI RACE TRAININGS, division into groups and pistes, trainings on slalom or giant slalom run
